PKS Challenge 13-26 "Anything Goes"

Hello my crafty friends, today I want to share a card that I made for Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 13-26"Anything Goes"  I hope you guys like it, I used a Digital Image from Graphic Dollar Depot and I used Pk-170 Teddy Bear Face assortment for his beautiful face!!!
