WHIMSICAL WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE #19

Hello my dear crafty friends today I want to share a card that I did for whimsical wednesday challenge #19 Three time a charmed, we need to create a card with three colors, three embellishments and three cuts.






Materials
The paper company cardstock for my base card
DCWV cardstock paper for my ballons
I-cling monted stamp, Celebrations set
Metal accents self-adhesives hearts for my embellishments
Twine from Kraft Outlet online store
PK-660 Laughy Taffy Face Assortment
Cricut sampler cartridge for my three cuts
Once upon a princess cricut cartridge for the white tag
Memento black ink
